I had an initial interview with a consultant and was scheduled for a 2nd round interview with the hiring manager. The first round interview went well. It was informal and conversational. However, they sent me an incorrect Zoom link for the follow up interview. After no one showed up, I emailed the hiring manager who tried to reschedule but never actually sent me a calendar invite. Pretty unorganized. They let told me I wasn’t selected a few days later without even speaking to me.
