Began by emailing to set up an interview date. A couple days later, I went in and talked with the Interior Operations Manager and Horticulture Supervisor, both of whom were quite lovely. Talked about experience with houseplants, answered some behavioral questions and some technical questions, then we got to talking about our favorite plants. The interview was the perfect combination of professional and personable, and made me want to work with them even more.
