Entrevista
When you apply to Botnicks, it usually starts with a quick chat with a recruiter. It’s really informal—more like a friendly conversation than a grilling session. They want to know who you are, what you’ve done, and why you’re interested in the company. If everything clicks, the next step depends on the role. For tech positions, there’s usually a coding test or a small project. Don’t stress too much—they’re not expecting perfection, just a logical approach and problem-solving skills. For non-tech roles, you might get a realistic case study or scenario to see how you’d handle challenges on the job.
After that, you’ll meet with the hiring manager and maybe some future teammates. This part is about vibe and collaboration—they want to see if you’d fit with the team and can work through problems together. If you make it past this stage, there’s sometimes a quick conversation with a co-founder or senior leader. That’s less about skills and more about seeing if your values and mindset align with Botnicks’ mission of improving HR with AI.
Finally, if they like you, HR will send over the offer. Onboarding is smooth and supportive, and there’s a lot of room to learn and grow. Honestly, the whole process feels casual but thoughtful. They care more about how you think, how you approach problems, and whether you can work well with the team, rather than just what’s on your resume.
