The interview process consisted of a phone call followed by a panel interview. Phone call was very straightforward and the panel interview had some very confusing questions. Would assume higher level positions would require further evaluation.

When working on a team how would you ensure progress is being made while ensuring your own growth? *This was probably one of the most confusing interviews I have ever done due to how poorly worded the questions were. Mind you, this is not my first rodeo; I’ve done quite a few interviews and landed a lot of offers in my lifetime. That said, be prepared for some very confusing questions if you interview here!
