I got call from a consultant and intial telephonic round with some basics.Then a skype with simple coding tests on .net and SQL. Then an architect round and then a director round. Then I received a mail asking my documents for hr discussion. Then hr round who don't negotiate on the package and boasts about this company. U will be assured to receive offer letter in 2 days. Between every round the consultants will call you to make sure u will stick this to this company and leave any opportunities if you have any. They don't bother to respond to the calls or mails or msgs after this and finally consultant will tell you a sorry for not proceeding further. I suggest anyone who receive call from this company , don't leave any opportunities for this company and treat this interview as a practice. When Director himself has interviewed at night 11 as he is in usa and hr said you are through this and sent mail requesting docs, finally reciving feedback that director himself has not approved this position . What kind of person he is and what is this company . they don't even bother to send any rejection mail after all this.
