First the HR get my Resume from LinkedIn and then she called me to see of I am interested, scheduled first Tech interview with an Indian Man, he asked me to open my Cam while he didn't open his own, I asked him to open his cam as well but he refused, however it was a super poor interview with very few poor questions regarding "AWS", then the Second Tech Interview was with "IT Director' he's obviously not a DevOps and he doesn't know anything about it or how to manage the interview or even how to ask a simple question. To sum up: - unorganized interviews - poor technical questions - arrogant interviewers, i think this is because they have low self esteem/confident. - they're looking for servants to work "6 days per week" with super low salaries and within a very tough and unhealthy environmnet. - Interviewers not capable to do interviews - ZERO soft skills. - they didn't even introduce themselves, and once they finish their questions they impolitely close the call without asking you if you have any questions for them.
