I had applied online after which the recruiter contacted. I had a 30 minute meeting with recruiter to discuss background. This was followed by 30 minute phone interview with hiring manager. I had a positive experience during my conversations, however I got a generic rejection email with no feedback, rather had an ad to join Stella (AI bot to find jobs)?! This hinders identifying improvement opportunities and doesn't bring any closure to applicants.
