Process went very smoothly. Each step progressed quickly. Hiring manager was great. Once on the on-site it became evident that Boxers lean to the young side. Anyone over 30 is looked at with high skepticism. Seriously though if you’re older than 26 don’t expect to get hired. Look at the inflated titles of your interviewers.
