I applied online and a recruiter contacted me back. I spoke to another recruiter on the phone who asked pretty standard questions about my background. She mentioned that she would schedule the next interview with another manager but later just got a standard email indicating it was not a fit.

Honestly, someone needs to tell them to touch grass. Three 1-hour rounds and then another 2 loop days of 3 interviews each? I' sorry, not even Amazon does that. I don't know who they hired from a FAANG company and they copy/pasted the process but they need to realize they are far from being FAANG. 2 days of loop, they are expecting from someone to take 2 days PTO or half days to attend their process? Na-ah
The process was very clearly communicated and consisted of a meeting with HR, followed up by a meeting with a VP of Engineering. After that I was told there would be a panel in which I'd have to present a scenario to a group of employees.

Entrevista
Everything was good and same as expected after the coversation with HR . It was at least 3 steps for me before I get the decision. All the steps was interesting and was a pleasure to walk through them
