Simple phone screen interview. Asked about experience, why I was wanting to make a move. How I measure success in my current role? Did I hit on my numbers? Interviewer was honest about whether I was a good fit for role and company.

I had an amazing experience with the recruiter. She did a fabulous job communicating throughout the whole process. She was quick with her responses, thorough and honest. She was incredible easy to talk to and did a fantastic job following up. I moved on to the next round, however unfortunately didn't after that.

Very well organized interview process. The HR representative preps you for each interview round. First round is a call with the recruiter, second round a call with the manager, third round interview with 3 people on the team followed by the manager and final round with a senior member in Box. the smoothest interview I've ever had but would've been a better experience if candidates had the opportunity to travel to site for the final interview.
