Entrevista
This was the craziest, most unorganized recruiting process I have ever been apart of. I had an initial interview with the recruiter to discuss the role, she then said next steps were to speak with the hiring manager. After our conversation, she ran into another recruiter and thought I wold be a better fit for a higher up position. I wasn't qualified for the higher up position, so after putting me in contact with that recruiter, I had to reach back out to the original recruiter and tell her that I was still wanting to interview for the ORIGINAL position I KNEW I WAS QUALIFIED FOR. After this, she told me she thought I would "be bored in the position" because I already has some experience. First of all, you can't tell me how you think I would feel in a position, that's not your decision. Second of all, it is a completely different company, product, etc. from anything I've sold before. I was very hesitant about even moving on because of how horrible the recruiting process has been so far. I eventually spoke with the hiring manager for the 2nd round of interviews. That was 2 weeks ago and I have followed up with the recruiter MULTIPLE times as we were supposed to debrief. Silent. This whole process has been such a mess. I am qualified for this position and I don't understand how hard it is to get someone through the interview process. I even had an internal referral? Is this how you seriously treat candidates that want to work for you company? This has left a very bad taste in my mouth of the entire company. Figure out your recruiting processes and fire recruiters who can't do their job.

Overall a pretty good interview process. HR was very clear about the steps and got back to me very quickly after each interview. Questions were mostly behavioral and a few were about my background.

Entrevista
The interview process was conventional; pre-recorded video interview, phone screening, and 2 rounds of panel interviews. They do a good job of sending you resources so you are well prepared and knowledgeable about the job.

Entrevista
The interview started with a video interview where you are recording yourself answering questions to your camera. If you are moved on, there is a phone screen with the recruiter (I spoke to Sabrina who was absolutely lovely. We had a great conversation). Then there are two panels (each with 3 members of the Box team for about 30 minutes each). You have to do well on the first panel to move onto the second. The process lasted from late October to early December. It was quite lengthy but 100% worth it. Every single person I met with genuinely wanted to hear what I had to say and were incredibly friendly. If they like you, they fight hard for you behind the scenes so you can get an offer. (Disclaimer, this was during Covid times so it was all done remote)
