I am so appalled by the interview process at Box. Not only was I treated poorly throughout the entire process (3 phone interviews, 3 in person interviews), but I was also told by a recruiter that getting the job was "basically a sure thing" once I finished with all my rounds. I took this with a grain of salt as I knew this was quite unprofessional. The girls who interviewed me were catty, and quite unprofessional (they held entry level positions and were my age). Of course, interviewers want to put the interviewee under pressure (very understandable). However, being rude is a whole different ball game. I was unimpressed with the customer retention and customer success teams. I have never met a group of such rude individuals. I turned down their offer.
