Everyone I spoke with was very nice and passionate about the company. The process was easy and well thought out. The people I interviewed with knew what they were looking for and were very upfront about that which I appreciate. I think the company is going to grow and continue being successful. Interesting product.

Very inconsistent communication. Long gaps with no updates, followed by urgent requests to interview. The process felt unstructured and poorly coordinated. Felt unprofessional and disorganised. Not sure why, maybe I was just a backup.
Great interview process, quite lengthy but really well thought out. There was a call with recruiters, then hiring managers conversations, cultural fit call, panel meeting and then an in person meeting.

Entrevista
Applied online. Did initial recruiter interview, seemed very positive during the call and said she was going to follow up after the call to move me to the next round. Never received any follow up and was ghosted after emailing twice. Awful.
