I applied through the Box careers page and my interview process was by far one of the best interview candidate experiences that I've ever had. My recruiter was very transparent from the beginning to end about the expectations of the process. I had a short screening, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then a panel interview with the team. This whole process took a total of 3-4 weeks. I felt supported along the way and that Box had very great intentions when recruiting.
