Very smooth and organized interview process. Initial phone screen and then a couple of technical screenings. Covered a decent range of topics with mostly open-ended questions. No curveballs or trick questions. Hiring team was quick to respond to any questions and very personable/friendly. Definitely one of the more smooth interview processes I have had.

I was contacted by the recruiter and had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was really inexperienced. She was all over the place explaining things. Her background is in criminal justice. Don't know who made her a manager. I have a BS in computer science and SSCP. But with one interview she made her mind that am not qualified. People who are making decisions should have a good qualification. Really disappointed in BOX.
