The interview process was pretty direct and moved quickly. Expectations were laid out up front by both sides which I really appreciated. They were very accommodating to some scheduling difficulties on my end.My recruiter was very helpful throughout the process and I cannot think of anything that Box could have done differently.

How do you go about prospecting in your current role

Very inconsistent communication. Long gaps with no updates, followed by urgent requests to interview. The process felt unstructured and poorly coordinated. Felt unprofessional and disorganised. Not sure why, maybe I was just a backup.
Great interview process, quite lengthy but really well thought out. There was a call with recruiters, then hiring managers conversations, cultural fit call, panel meeting and then an in person meeting.

Applied online. Did initial recruiter interview, seemed very positive during the call and said she was going to follow up after the call to move me to the next round. Never received any follow up and was ghosted after emailing twice. Awful.
