While I appreciate that the company may have a competitive selection process, I am deeply disappointed by their lack of communication regarding the status of my application. It is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to send a rejection email after 13 months of silence, which shows a blatant disregard for the effort and time invested by potential candidates. This experience raises serious concerns about the company's recruitment process and their treatment of candidates. I urge the company to take immediate steps to improve their communication and respect for candidates, lest they risk alienating potential employees and damaging their reputation.
