I applied for the position and received a call back within a week. I first interviewed with the director of the concierge services. It went well, pretty simple yet basic questions. my second interview was at the actually property with the community manager and i got the job on the spot.

The interview was through a virtual portal and it went really fast well, I knew someone at the time who was able to forward my résumé to someone on the hiring team
Straight forward virtual interview over Zoom. It was friendly, and interviewed with Property Manager and APM. Both managers were pleasant to interview with, and were very engaging. It took less than 25 mins for the entire proccess.
