There were 2 stages, 1st stage was the phone interview, which was mainly a get to know you session. After that there was the in person interview in which you speak with the manager of the building you will be interning at.

2 rounds, pretty basic questions. I have interviews around alot but nothing to surprising or out of the ordinary - like how to deal with negative situations, etc. the interviewer was very kind but not the most welcoming at first, I had to work for that a bit i found

Behavioral-based questions, Mostly, I interviewed with the Property Manager I worked under. The interview can vary depending on who is interviewing you, but come with a good attitude, be ready to share about yourself, and lastly, have some great questions to ask at the end.

Overall very relaxed interview. Just asked basic behavioural questions and nothing too technical. Started off with a recorded online interview, then a few phone calls. Then ended with a zoom interview that lasted about an hour long.
