The interview process was simplistic and personal. I was contacted by the hiring manager just a a few days after I submitted my application and set up three back-to-back 30 minute zoom interviews for later that week. Even though I wasn’t ultimately selected for the fellowship, it was nice to be treated like a human—and not just an application number—for once.
