A very friendly interaction (I wouldn't call it an interview) with the top management. Interactions revolves around the interest areas, basic concepts of the job role and your contribution as a prospective employee. They encourage to ask questions and answer them diligently, providing complete transparency about the company's operations. No pressure. Overall, it was a very warm process.
