The interview was 3 rounds, the first with the VP, second with direct Manager and VP where a presentation was required (a big part of the job is giving presentations) and then the final round with the CEO so it felt like an small business even though it was large.

Interviewer was late for 30 minute interview. When I asked about career trajectory, he replied that there wasn't really any room to move up from the position I was applying for.
