Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Brainlab (Billings, MT) em jul. de 2017
Entrevista
I had an hour long phone interview. I have no experience as a clinical specialist. I applied online and after a few weeks, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. The interview was very-much based on scenario questions.
Lots of scenario questions, ex: How would you explain to a surgeon that he is using one of our tools wrong (if you are in the OR mid-surgery and you cannot impede sterilization procedures/zones)?
Pretty quick. Phone screen to offer in 1 month. HR video interview, 2 30min phone calls and a panel. Everyone was easy to talk to and the interview was conversational. It’s good to know what their products are.

What is Image Guided Surgery and how does it work.
First, I had an initial phone screening with the person that would actually oversee the position then an in-person interview. I was given a list of topics to read up on to prep for the in-person interview based on the position.

They asked me to do a mock-scenario of how I would react to specific questions in the field.
Had a preliminary call with a recruiter to explain the position, and a formal interview with two employees at a conveniently located hotel. Questions were standard, the job was described as variable week to week.
