Interview began with a phone interview and then was followed by a take home email test where you were asked to answer a theoretical customer email. Then there was a 2.5 hour in house interview. I was given an office tour, had to sign a non disclosure agreement and then took a Wonderlic test. This was followed by an interview with 2 staff members and then a room change and a 2nd interview with 2 additional staff members. During the second interview I was also asked to work through two different logic problems.

I submitted my resume via an online job site and was contacted within 5 days to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very easy and very basic "getting to know me" questions as well as giving me the run down on the actual position and salary/benefits. I was then contacted the following week to come to an in person interview at their Chicago office. I was told upfront to block out 2.5 hours for this in person interview. Upon arrival, I was given a tour of the offices (imagine any tech/startup office you've seen in movies - scooters/ 2 kitchens/ game room/ a bar etc). Then I was given a Wonderlic test. Then I met with 2 separate managers in my department for a "get to know you" followed by 2 other employees for another "get to know you". Lastly the original 2 managers came back and i was given two logic questions to answer with no time limit but they sat there and watched me work my way through them. After that is was roughly 8 days before they reached out to get professional references and then another 8 days before I was given the offer. All in all - from the day i submitted my resume to the day I was hired it was 34 days.
