I applied online and got an email the next day setting up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes and had very basic questions. Nothing too difficult. At the end of the phone call we set up a time for me to come into the office for an in person interview. I took a quick IQ test and then I met with fellow Account Managers and had the opportunity to ask them questions while they also interviewed me. Once again normal interview questions--nothing too out of the ordinary and a very relaxed environment. It lasted about an hour. I received an email for a second interview. At this interview I met with people from other departments in the company. They reviewed my resume and asked questions. Then I met with the COO and was interviewed by him. They all mostly just want to make sure that you are a good fit for the position. It seemed like the position needed a great amount of technical aptitude to handle accounts credit card transaction questions. Also, you will be analyzing data and excel sheets. I enjoyed my experience and everyone I met with was very pleasant. I really like the atmosphere at Braintree and the relaxed work environment. You can also tell that there is a huge sense of teamwork and encouragement amongst all the employees.
