This was the creepiest interview process I ever went through. I would not recommend it to anyone. First of all, they attract you with this cool concept, and invite you to create a profile so you can 'look for jobs'. Of course, that's just the bait. When you actually try apply for those jobs they tell you you can't apply to the job unless you get do some stuff. They send you an email telling you to just answer a few questions when ready. But before you do, you need to watch this video which looks like an AI-generated person telling you why they're screening you with some 'simple questions' and that you need your camera on. They don't tell you that you'll be recorded, be given a few seconds to answer each question that is written in text, and that you'll basically just be holding camera-recorded one-sided monologues about questions that are written on each section. There is no human interaction, you're not exactly sure what the vague questions are looking for in specific. It's like you're sitting there talking to some data-miner who just wants to record your face, voice, and then have who knows what watching and judging you and deciding whether you're a good fit based on whatever you decided to come up with. Most likely they want you to lie, too. So be sure to tell them what is 'right', not what is honest. I was honest and got a rejection letter because they didn't think I was a fit based on... nothing really, just vaguely laid out HR questions. Who needs a real conversation anyways? It is super creepy. I was excited about the concept at first and even shared the website with others due to the concept, but I made a mistake. I will never do it again. Most likely my data was just being mined as it doesn't seem like real people were actually involved or wanted to actually know anything about you personally. Of course you actually have to do a lot of work on your end to even get to this point. It's not worth it, leave it be. It's nothing but a data-mining scam.
