I applied for a variety of positions online. Brammer Bio called me back months later after my fourth application with a general screening. I was e-mailed not much later with an invitation to interview with the company. I accepted and received an itinerary. It consisted of ten names in four groups in a two-hour period. They look at your personality primarily. The interviewers are all from different departments, looking out for what would mesh best. This is a very laid-back and enjoyable experience, and at the very least, you'll enjoy that.
