Initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a pretty easy tech screen followed by a long onsite. The onsite consists of speaking with 6 different people for 45min each. The tech questions were relatively easy but be ready to answer and ask lots of 'soft skills' questions. Most likely you will speak to one of the founders, a marketing person, and two or three engineers. Half of the talks were technical.
