Recruiter reached out, asked for my LinkedIn profile, I responded that I don't have LinkedIn, and he replied "Bummer" and I did not move on after that. Silly requirement to have a LinkedIn profile, and not the most professional

Applied online, internal recruiter called and set up the first meeting with the director, Got a take home and then had two interview sessions slated for the same day (which i guess isn't the norm as my interviewers were mentioning me being lucky for that line up). Anyways, it was a casual conversation about the take-home and decisions I made and then some other questions about my experience.
