Very easy going, fun, questions were basic. Interviewed with multiple people, they are very interested in getting to know you as a person rather than the nitty gritty. Not too long of an interview but because it was a lot about personality, a casual conversation can make it a little longer.

I aplied online and after a week got a phone call interview with HR manager, after that she sent me design test, and 3 days later I was confirmed in-person interview with guys from Chicago. Looked like the Creative director didn't even open my design test.

Entrevista
Phone Interview to talk about the role then a longer phone interview. Then arranged an onsite interview a few days later. Interviewer sent me information, photographs and images to create advertisements and designs to be reviewed during 1 on 1 interview that had to do with the client I would be working with. Process was pretty quick and painless.
