Initial Phone call of 15 minutes, after that Coding assessment LeetCode Style with two set questions (Medium + hard) then system design round with founder/CTO. Intial two rounds were pretty smooth not much hassle. Real nerve cracking was 3rd round, but right set of mindset it's easy

This was the Worst Interview Process. Where you're asked to design E Comm website. Even after giving Amazon Level answers they'll ghost you. Kept interviewing various candidate with DIFFERENT JD WTF!!
