The initial interview was conducted over the phone and took about 45 minutes. I then received a follow up email to coordinate an in-person interview . Immediately after the in-person interview I received an email requesting my references. No job was offered and I had to wait for my references to submit the information requested by the university. After they verified with my references I got the job! The process was long from submitting my application to each interview.

Easy, comfortable and enjoyable conversation with the recruiter. The interview was approximately 30 minutes in length with behavioral-based questioning based on the job I was applying for. The recruiter made me immediately feel welcomed and comfortable.
