Weirdest interview ever, first a phone call on a Saturday afternoon with the CEO, then an interview on the very next Monday with the Sales Director. No discussion about compensation, hours, holidays, benefits, nothing. Then the CEO shows up for 2 minutes and asks to go back home and write him an essay with your motivations to work for his company and the reasons why you should have that position. 2 weeks after, no news, first email following up on the interview, then a voice mail. At 10 pm on a Thursday received an email with one line: "We've decided not to continue with the recruitment process, thank you and good luck".
