The interview process at BrandsMart USA’s TV department involved a phone screening, followed by in-person interviews focused on product knowledge, sales experience, customer service skills, and ability to upsell TVs.

I came in, and met with one of the store managers. Immediately, he broke the ice and made me feel comfortable. It was great! They were thorough and professional. It couldn’t have had gone better.
