Interview Process: 1) Screening call with Talent Acquisition Partner 2) Hiring Manager call 3) Task/Presentation with members of the product team Interviewing with Brandwatch was a really positive experience overall. The people that I met were all really upbeat, enthusiastic and friendly. I felt at ease during each stage as the interviews were conversational and focused more on my approaches to the role rather than a right/wrong answer. I came away from the final stage feeling uplifted and energised which is always a good thing. My one criticism would be that whilst the process had few stages, the time to make a decision was on the longer side as they were interviewing quite a few candidates. It was 2.5 weeks between my final interview and hearing the outcome. However, the detailed feedback was worth the wait in the end and I would consider future positions at Brandwatch if they became available.
