I had a screen interview with the Recruitor. She asked normal screen questions about my experience, skills, etc. She also asked for my salary expectations, which I shared with her, and asked if she could share what the company’s range is. She said she didn’t know. It’s poor practice to not have that information at the interview. It shows that the Recruitor is either unprepared or trying to withhold that information from you. I’ve never heard back afterwards. It’s been a month, and not a word from the Recruitor. If I’m not mistaken, they are still hiring for this position.
