I submitted my resume, was given a design related homework assignment that was due in 2-3 days, asked to come for an interview with the Lead Designer and COO. Had a meeting discussing general interview questions, design questions related to the homework assignment, how did I make the decisions I made. Was asked to come back for a Round Two interview with the Lead Designer, COO and CEO. We met over coffee and chatted about my experience and such. Got a call a few days later.
