A fraud company, they will send you a mail with the job description of a java developer and when you clear with aptitude test and technical round, in the HR round they will say it's a customer support job, if you still wanna do the job we can proceed with the interview ,else leave. They will also claim that there are rotational shifts as well as rotational week-offs ( no saturday n sunday offs).
Moreover I entered the process through a pool drive in GTBIT, cleared all rounds, in HR round after one of my answer, the interviewer stood up and said we can't expect anything more, it's a perfect answer, shook hands with me and said we don't have anything further to ask. I was pretty assured about my placement, when the list came, there were 13 students of GTBIT, 1 of my college and 2 from BPIT. My name wasn't there and when I asked the person who interviewed me, that I was pretty sure about my selection, could you recheck the list once?. He was shocked that "who said your name isn't there, I only took your interview, your name is ***** . Wait lemme recheck once" and then he arrived and said "sorry the selection criteria are a bit different". A fraud company that has no shame of it's market repo.
