I had a very poor screening call for a TAM role at Braze. The call with an internal recruiter lasted barely five minutes and felt rushed, with no genuine attempt at meaningful assessment or conversation. She outlined the process — first hearing my background and then providing details about the role and the company. However, as soon as I began sharing my background, I was abruptly cut off and told the role was now being prioritized for internal candidates, despite the fact that it has remained listed externally for weeks. The abruptness, lack of professionalism, and conflicting messaging left me with a negative impression of Braze’s hiring process.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Braze (New York, NY).
Entrevista
Super long, presentation at the end. 5 step interview. The people are nice and friendly but the project/presentation was a bit much because it was about one of their internal products that applicants don't have experience in. Took time to research, construct a solution and then present to a group of people.
