Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Braze em set. de 2025
Entrevista
I applied to a position at Braze in mid August, and completed all of the steps of the interview process within 2.5 weeks. I was initially impressed with the efficiency of the process, but the communication after that went downhill. 1.5 months after submitting my application, the recruiter and team ‘still didn’t have a decision’. During this time, they also reposted the role online, and yet kept stringing me along by saying that they needed to complete other interviews to make a final decision, but that they really liked me.
Waiting for a decision was a waste of time. It became clear that they were trying to find the next best thing but wanted to keep me as a backup option. In the end, I actually never heard back on the final decision - but didn’t appreciate this type of treatment and would prefer either 1 - a more thoughtfully spaced interview process and 2 - honesty. From my experience, I wouldn’t reccomend this company.

Tell me about a time when you had to manage change. How did you handle the change and what process did you follow?
Applied in mid-August, and made it through all of the rounds within 3 weeks. The recruiter kept stringing me along by saying the team hadn’t completed enough interviews to make a final decision, and after 1.5 months later, I still didn’t have an answer. The role was reposted on LinkedIn during this time and it became very obvious that they were just looking for the next best thing, while keeping me warm in the background as a backup option. I didn’t appreciate being treated this way, and for this reason, I wouldn’t recommend interviewing here. They clearly don’t know how to provide a good candidate experience
