Started off great, but the follow through wasn’t the best.
Honestly the coordination process was great, with auto scheduler for the interviews, and recruiter keeping me warm.
The process span across 3-4weeks and there were 5stages in total in which I had the opportunity to meet the different members of the team to understand the role and the working culture better.
As I progressed through the stages, I sensed that the decision for the job level, responsibilities, interview stages were not firmed - recruiter informed me about some changes midway. The job ad also switched to a TD lead role shortly after.
What could have been done better was closing of the feedback loop, as I was informed through what felt like a generic email but did not received any further updates even after probing for feedback (thought it was fair given the time spent in the whole process)
