Applied on Craigslist. Received a call from 99 Ranch's headquarters in Buena Park telling me to meet the hiring manager at the Arcadia branch. Interviewed with the hiring manager in a relatively easy interview. Inquired about any experience working in a bakery and cafe. They were very eager to hire since they just opened. The hiring manager offered me two positions. One was to work in the front and the other was to work in the back. I inquired about the opportunities for advancement in each position. Says that there could be opportunities for being the kitchen manager and the store manager. (Needless to say, the store manager took over the other role)
