After applying you get a call from someone Who does a phone screening. If you pass the phone screening then you are invited for a live interview. After the interview, they do check references and if you're successful, you get a call back usually within 1 or 2 weeks.

Overall there were two interviews. The first one was over the phone to verify information and get a better understanding of someone as an applicant. That part was pretty informal. The second interview was done in person and was more formal in nature.
