Following a recruiter screen, I interviewed once with Manager and again in-person with Manager and someone potentially same level or lower. Then Manager set up an additional phone interview for follow up questions. I then had to accommodate two higher leaders on different days who could not make the same time work. One was was very warm and the other was not. Interview process did not seem to have pre-set questions. This lengthy process made for a poor candidate experience and I left confused on what they wanted. Coming from the same industry, it was entirely disappointing to have five interviews before declined to another candidate.
