Everyone was so lively. I think an interview is a medium where one needs to open up him/herself so that one can align with the VIBES!! So, rather than being defensive or delusive, it's really important to be oneself.

First, they call you to schedule a phone interview. Then the phone interview happens, it's all very basic questions like "tell me about a time when you...", then if they like you, they'll schedule an in-person interview. You get interviewed by the entire team you're working with, it seems much more like a get-to-know-you than an interrogation, have a personality, and ask questions. Then you'll hear nothing for a long time because HR isn't great here, then they will call to offer you the job or tell you you didn't get it.
