The process was clearly explained to me from the very beginning. The first step was a phone interview with a team lead, the second step was an interview on Zoom with 3 different members of the CX team and the last step was a wrap-up call with one of the recruiter. The whole process was held virtually and I had a great experience.

It was really well organized. I was really impressed by the punctuality of all the managers. I thought that the questions that were asked were not only about my professional experience but also who I was as a person.
