Entrevista
Process took almost two months. When they first posted the job, it was a FT position after the Recruiter screen, they changed it to contract and when asked about this, the recruiter said "we talked about this during our interview" -- false. We didn't!
As for the interview, I still went for it even if it's a contract role. During the recruiter screen, I asked about the interview process and the recruiter only said it will be 2-3 additional rounds after the recruiter screen.. which came out to be wrong again.
For a contract role, I spoke to a total of 8 people which is insane. After the last round, the recruiter had the audacity to say if everything goes well, you'll meet with the head of the department for 15mins.. LIKE what?! For a contract role??? Very negative candidate experience!
