I had to do a video interview first. This was about 20 minutes long. The next day, I had a phone interview for the assignment I would be working for, about 10 minutes long. I had a face to face interview with the same person from the assignment, 30 minutes long, after a few more days. I was asked to meet with the department manager directly after. He had a newer member of management in the room with him to help her get familiar with interviewing, which was a bit of a curveball but not too bad. I spoke with them for about 30 minutes. I was offered a position the next day.
