My first-round interview was with their HR, which feels standard. I was surprised that in my second-round interview with the VP of the department, a skipped levels manager for the position. Needless to say, the interview didn't go well and I did not got the job.

During the initial interview with Stephanie, who is head of HR department, she clearly talked through the company culture and the business. Other than job description, we also discussed about how to locate myself in my career path. I had a great conversation with her, and I am currently waiting for further notice of the second round of interview.
