The process was faster than normal due to the need in machine technicians at the Aiken Orr plant. I had a four part pre employment process with included a computer personally test, 2 one hour panel interview with four people each, a complete physical exam and drug test and finally a physical fitness test.

I was interviewed by a panel of managers/leads. It was mostly questions in reference to what did you do in past scenarios. It didn’t take long to complete. The staff was friendly. Go in with a good attitude!
